Distribution

U.S. Summit Company Limited committed to deliver the order within 2 working days after order received. If required we can deliver the order with specified time/ place within 24 hours. As an ISO9001:2000 registered company, USSHK reaches our target of 95% of the orders delivery.

We currently manage our logistic control system with computer system which allows us to retrieve and maintain all inventories in high accuracy so as to improve our efficiency, minimize error rate and shorten lead-times in fulfilling orders to our customers. We also have a tailored-made "Warehouse Management System", a system based on barcode scanning. This system allows us to identify the location of a particular product with its quantity in hand and expiry date. It is also a delivery tracking system which allows us to record all the time of delivery in order to facilitate more accurate measurement of delivery lead-time.

USSHK provides the following services to our principals:

1. Daily sales and inventory reports through our computer system.
2. Planning and research, evaluate the best future opportunities and opening up new market areas.
3. Import/export administration.
4. Labeling and repackaging services.
5. Provide monthly accounting statements to principals. USSHK takes responsibility for credit risk and we maintain a team of bill collectors for timely and reliable collection.

Warehousing

U.S. Summit Company Limited wholly owns a modern warehouse with space of 24,000 sq ft exclusively for pharmaceutical, healthcare and consumer products in Shatin. With the 24 hours air-conditioned and regular pest controlled environment, it is optimal for storage of food & pharmaceutical products. Our warehouse is regularly patrolled by trained staff and is 24 hours secured with an offsite monitoring on all equipments and temperature. All our equipments including freezers, cold room, air-conditioners, back-up generator and delivery fleet are calibrated by international certified companies to guarantee all products including pharmaceutical products such as vaccines & insulin are kept under standard conditions. As an ISO9001:2000 registered company, all warehousing facilities and operation run according to stringent quality management standards.

Order Management

U.S. Summit Company Limited will ensure all our customers receive excellent service by providing the highest quality products, services, advice and sustainable value.

U.S. Summit Company Limited recruits experienced salesmen for the ethical, trade sector and chain stores for both Pharmaceutical and Consumer departments. All our salesmen are equipped with handheld terminals. With these handheld terminals, salesmen can easily and accurately provide our product & stock information to our customers. It is extremely useful for call plan management. Salesmen also collect competitor’s information/activities and conduct market survey with the handheld terminal, which allow us to provide these updated datas to our principals immediately.

Customer Information Associates handle all our customers' enquiries and ordering. All Customer Information Associates and salesmen are well trained in order to provide accurate marketing information of the products to our customers.
